Responsibilities
Focus: Overseeing the entire customer journey, including
digital touchpoints.
-Collaborating with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to optimize the
site for sales.
-Working to improve the overall shopping experience, from
landing on the site to post-purchase follow-ups.
-Managing interactions that influence the perception of
the brand.
-Using feedback from customers to guide improvements in
the website UX.
-Monitoring site performance, customer behavior, and
analytics to improve the UX.
-Candidates with related experience in Fashion Retail will be preferred.
Requirements
Experience: 4-5 Years of relevant experience
Qualifications: Master's degree in marketing from a reputable institute
