Responsibilities

• Create effective strategies across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) to achieve growth.
• Oversee and supervise a team of performance marketing and SEO experts.
• Lead all innovation & experimental initiatives related to optimization of performance marketing department. 
• Create/monitor sales target inn order to achieve set targets.
• Optimize current practices and procedures related to performance marketing to enhance overall productivity of the department.
• Analyze real time insights and competitor activity to devise action plans.

Requirements

• Masters or min Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
• 3+ years of proven experience of working in a similar role.
• Meta and Google Certification is mandatory.
• Exceptional knowledge of the latest trends in performance marketing strategies and best practices.
• Proficient with Ad level (meta) optimization, content marketing and search marketing techniques.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs etc.
• Outstanding written as well as verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
