Coordinate closely with planning, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely purchase order creation, barcode opening, vendor invoicing, and smooth execution of cross-functional processes.

Track competitor pricing, product trends, and market demand to identify best-selling products, emerging opportunities, and potential repeat orders.

Monitor stock levels, sell-through, weeks of cover, and inventory aging to maintain optimal availability, minimize excess and obsolete stock, anticipate demand trends, and support the timely launch of new designs.

Analyze category- and SKU-level sales, stock, and margin performance, prepare regular reports and dashboards for management decision-making, and identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and reduce waste.

Maintain accurate inventory data across Power BI, planning, and inventory management systems while improving processes, reporting, and controls and ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational standards.
