Responsibilities
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for overseeing the
execution of digital marketing strategies, managing creative processes, ensuring
content quality that aligns with the brand’s persona, coordinating production
shoots, leading BTL (Below the Line) activities, and working across departments
to ensure seamless communication and execution of campaigns. The ideal
candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, a creative mindset, and a
proven track record in managing e-commerce campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction of digital marketing
campaigns, focusing on growth and engagement.
- Guide the content creation and content writing team to
churn quality content for the brand with a keen eye for attention to
detail and challenge the team for better content.
- Develop creative briefs and oversee ideation processes
for digital and BTL campaigns.
- Conceptualize and execute marketing shoots, including
planning, coordinating, and post-production.
- Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights
and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Oversee social media marketing, content creation, and
community management to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of production shoots
for digital campaigns, including managing schedules, talent, and
post-production tasks.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams,
ensuring the brand message is aligned across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage and execute BTL activities, including
activations and events.
- Develop innovative ideas for offline marketing that
align with digital campaigns to enhance overall brand visibility.
- Serve as a key liaison between the digital marketing
team and other departments (Category teams, Finance, Product Development,
etc.) to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to
ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns.
- Develop, track, and manage the marketing budget,
ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum impact from campaigns.
- Provide regular budget reports and insights to senior
management, along with recommendations for optimizations.
- Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to
identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and
presentations to internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights for
future campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing,
Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing
and e-commerce.
- Strong experience in digital campaign strategy,
creative ideation, and production management.
- Expertise in content writing with a keen interest
in attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, teams, and multiple
projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in using digital marketing tools (Google
Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with
the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
and meet deadlines.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret
data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Content writing skills with the ability to drive
the creative writing process.
- Proficiency in digital tools like Adobe Creative Suite,
or other design/production software.
- Familiarity with interdepartmental workflows and
working with external agencies.
