Responsibilities

- Meet performance metrics, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
