Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus
