Supervise and manage the store floor during your shift

Guide and motivate sales staff to achieve targets

Maintain high customer service standards and resolve queries or complaints

Check stock levels and coordinate with inventory team

Ensure displays and store layout follow brand guidelines

Handle cash and follow company procedures

Prepare shift-wise sales reports

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and grooming

Support training and development of team members

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

4–6 years of experience in retail, preferably in apparel

Strong leadership and people management skills

Good communication and customer handling skills

Familiarity with POS / retail systems

Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
