Responsibilities
Paid Marketing Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies
that align with the e-commerce business's objectives. Define the budget
allocation, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for various
advertising channels.
-Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and management of advertising campaigns
across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve ROI and revenue targets.
-Budget Management:
Manage the advertising budget effectively, ensuring optimal
allocation across different channels and campaigns. Analyze cost per
acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to maximize profitability.
-Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve
campaign performance. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and
targeting parameters.
-Ad Performance Tracking:
Implement tracking mechanisms and pixels to monitor user
behavior, conversion rates, and attribution models. Generate regular reports
and dashboards to provide insights on key performance metrics.
-Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor
activities to identify opportunities and threats.
-Remarketing and Retention Strategies:
Develop and implement strategies for remarketing to previous
website visitors and customers to encourage repeat purchases.
-Compliance and Adherence:
Ensure all advertisements comply with platform policies and
industry regulations.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
-Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
