Responsibilities
·
Manage inventory planning and replenishment for Retail Ladies
Fabric.
·
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to stores.
·
Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Warehouse, Logistics, and
Retail Operations.
·
Analyze sales, stock movement, and demand trends to optimize
inventory.
·
Ensure timely dispatch and distribution of products to retail
outlets.
·
Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory and
recommend corrective actions.
·
Prepare and maintain inventory, replenishment, and supply chain
reports.
·
Resolve stock-related issues and coordinate inter-store stock
transfers when required.
·
Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain
procedures.
·
Support seasonal launches, promotions, and new product rollouts.
Requirements
·
Bachelor's
or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a
related field.
·
3–5
years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Retail
Operations.
·
Experience
in the retail fashion or textile industry will be preferred.
·
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Good
knowledge of inventory planning and stock management.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
