Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational objectives
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Maintain employee records, HR data, and reporting
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
• Support performance management and employee development programs
• Provide HR advisory support to stakeholders and employees

Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in HR reporting, documentation, and data management
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be preferred
