Responsibilities

·        Define the AI/ML technical strategy and architecture for all products

·        Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives

·        Design and implement NLP, computer vision, and predictive ML models

·        Integrate AI services (OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI) into applications

·        Mentor team members and conduct regular 1-on-1 performance check-ins

·        Collaborate with CEO/CTO on product roadmap and technology decisions

·        Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation standards across the team

·        Evaluate, adopt, and champion emerging AI-assisted development tools across the team

·        Drive AI-augmented development practices: use AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery, reduce boilerplate, and improve code quality

Requirements

·        Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field

·        5+ years of software development experience; 3+ years in ML/AI engineering

·        Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

·        Experience deploying ML models to production environments

·        Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

·        Proven track record of leading technical teams using Agile/Scrum

·        Minimum 10 operational and live published applications (mobile and/or web) — verifiable via App Store, Google Play, or production URLs — mandatory requirement

·        Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with modern AI development tools including Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and at least one AI app builder such as Lovable, Replit, or Manus
