Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Stores, Product/QC departments, and support teams to address customer complaints and queries
- Communicate directly with customers via calls and emails to resolve issues and handle exceptional cases
- Manage and track inventory at the location, including receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch to warehouses or branches
- Prepare and share daily and weekly dashboards covering customer complaints, queries, feedback, and performance analysis
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and dispatch of articles
- Maintain and update CRM database, including customer profiles, complaints, and query records
- Assist in preparing monthly scorecards for Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
