Responsibilities

1. Support the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets and driving overall store performance.
2. Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
3. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
4. Assist in staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
5. Ensure smooth daily store operations, including visual merchandising, cleanliness and compliance with company SOPs.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3 Years and above in Renowned Fashion Retail Brand

Skills:

• Understanding of Power BI & Dynamics 365
