Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points).
• Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Configure IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and related services.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Analyze network traffic and optimize performance and bandwidth usage.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
• Maintain network documentation, logs, and inventory records.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal IT teams. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network administration or engineering.
• Certifications such as CCNA (preferred); CCNP or Network+ is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, security).
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
