Responsibilities


  • Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Handle customer complaints and queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.

  • Ensure staff follow customer service standards and maintain a welcoming store environment.

  • Drive daily sales targets and support the team in achieving store KPIs.

  • Motivate and guide sales staff to upsell and cross-sell products.

  • Monitor sales performance during the shift and implement quick actions to boost sales when needed.

  • Assign tasks and ensure staff productivity and discipline.

  • Provide on-the-job coaching to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Ensure staff follow company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

  • Monitor stock availability on the sales floor and ensure timely replenishment.

  • Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and stock transfers.

  • Ensure accurate stock handling and loss prevention practices.

  • Ensure the store maintains brand visual merchandising standards.

  • Arrange displays for Western and Eastern apparel collections according to seasonal trends and promotions.

  • Supervise POS transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges.

  • Ensure accurate cash handling and billing procedures.

  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Assist the Store Manager in opening and closing procedures when required.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures

Requirements

    • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in fashion retail or apparel sales, with supervisory experience preferred.
