Responsibilities
• Develop creative concepts for sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, social media content, influencer collaborations, and outdoor/print advertising
Lead end-to-end creative development and ensure timely
delivery of all assets.
Design platform-specific creative strategies for Instagram,
TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Generate engaging and high-impact content ideas for reels,
ads, and influencer marketing.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to produce
high-converting ad creatives.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including
designers, editors, photographers, and content creators.
Drive creative innovation through trend research, industry
benchmarking, and global fashion insights.
Maintain consistent brand identity, visual language, and
storytelling across all communication channels.
Requirements
6–7 years of experience in digital marketing/creative roles
(fashion retail preferred).
Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong creative vision, trend awareness, and leadership
skills.
