Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed tech packs, including garment construction, trims, and materials as per designer requirements
• Create detailed technical sketches for sampling and production
• Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into final garments
• Review samples for fit, quality, and design accuracy and make necessary technical adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design
• 2–4 years of experience in western wear (menswear preferred)
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and grading
• Proficient in digital design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information clearly
