Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the studio team, including photographers, editors, and stylists.
• Plan, organize, and execute product and model photo shoots aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistent lighting, framing, and styling across all product categories.
• Oversee image editing, retouching, and quality control before final delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure visual alignment with campaigns and product launches.
• Manage studio schedules, equipment, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated with current photography and e-commerce trends to continually enhance studio output.
• Train and mentor junior team members to maintain high creative standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Media Arts, or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of professional experience in product or e-commerce photography, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in studio lighting, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• A creative eye with attention to detail and consistency.
