Responsibilities

• Oversee rider management, route optimization, and delivery performance.
• Supervise fleet operations, ensure timely deliveries, and manage the procurement of packaging materials.
• Oversee daily delivery activities of internal riders and vehicle fleets.
• Assign delivery routes and monitor on-time dispatch and completion.
• Ensure maximum fleet utilization and delivery efficiency.
• Track order-to-delivery SLAs and minimize delays or failed deliveries.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/Master's
Experience: 6 - 8 Years
