Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order flow from confirmation to dispatch, including warehouse operations and Omni-channel synchronization.
• Minimize order delays, out-of-stock (OOS) cancellations, and returns through process efficiency.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely customer updates through automated system triggers.
• Manage and evaluate 3PL courier partners across national and international operations.
• Ensure technical integrations with courier partners for live tracking and automated updates.
• Develop daily performance and SLA tracking dashboards for all delivery channels.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree
Experience: 6 - 8 Years
