Responsibilities

Ideas Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Digital Marketing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing public relations strategies, managing influencer collaborations, and supporting brand visibility initiatives.

• Establish and maintain effective communication and professional relationships with influencers, talent, and media partners.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute PR campaigns, including influencer engagement and talent alignment for brand projects.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
• Manage PR-related social media activities to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and deliver engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support digital marketing objectives.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or a relevant field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven understanding of PR, influencer marketing, and digital brand management.
