Responsibilities

Ideas is looking for a talented and driven Video Editor & Animator to join our growing E-commerce Digital team. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life through engaging motion graphics and videos. From social media reels to campaign videos, product animations, and brand storytelling—this role sits at the heart of our digital content efforts.

• Edit high-quality video content for social media, website, emailers, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Create visually compelling motion graphics, text animations, and product transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Adapt and localize global design trends into branded videos that resonate with Ideas' diverse audience.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life.
• Organize raw footage, select usable takes, sync audio, and manage file structures.
• Stay updated on trends in fashion, e-commerce, and digital design to inspire innovative content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing and animation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong understanding of pacing, timing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in editing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and performance ads.
• Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while experimenting with creative expression.
• A portfolio or reel showcasing your editing and animation work is mandatory
