Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is responsible for developing, writing, and managing compelling content across various digital platforms, with a strong focus on social media and fashion brand storytelling. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion, understands digital trends, and is experienced in content strategy, SEO, and performance analytics.

• Develop, write, and edit engaging, brand-aligned content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and create social media content calendars for Salt and Ideas Pret, ensuring timely and strategic posting.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other departments to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Research fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
• Optimize content for SEO and monitor its performance using analytics tools to drive improvements.
• Contribute to the ideation and execution of creative strategies for brand campaigns in alignment with marketing goals.
• Write insightful and original blogs for publication, maintaining the tone and voice of the brand.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communication channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports for Salt and Ideas Pret, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Align content strategies with seasonal and promotional calendars to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role (fashion industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, SEO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Passion for fashion, branding, and consumer engagement.
